Neuro-Immunology

The research focus of the Neuroimmunology group is the study of the pathogenesis of neuroimmological diseases, including multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, inflammatory muscle diseases and neuropathies of immunological origin. In addition to research, the group is responsible for the outpatient clinic for patients with these diseases, as well as for the clinical neurology laboratory.

Our research is currently financed by the DFG or German Research Council (SFB 685 and the doctoral program 'Graduiertenkolleg' 794), the European Union, the Hertie Foundation, the IZKF (Interdisciplinary Center for Clinical Research) and the ƒortüne-Programe of the University of Tübingen.
