According to a study, the HIH is one of Germany's most attractive employers in the Tübingen area. In a survey commissioned by the newspaper Die Welt, the participants associated positive and negative terms with the respective companies and allocated the HIH a high employer image. “The result makes us proud as the satisfaction of our employees is very important to us”, says HIH Administrative Director Dr. Astrid Proksch. “Their curiosity, perseverance and enthusiasm represent our most important potential to achieve our vision – which is to advance research of neurological diseases and thus to lay the foundations for the medicine of the future”.
