Before the ceremonial opening of the Center for Bionic Intelligence Tübingen Stuttgart (BITS), a joint initiative of the Universities of Stuttgart and Tübingen and the MPIs for Intelligent Systems and for Biological Cybernetics, on May 20, 2025, a Tagesschau team visited the HIH and the University of Stuttgart and interviewed Prof. Martin Giese, Head of Department at the HIH and one of the spokespersons for BITS.
