On July 19, 2019 the result was clear: The University of Tübingen has retained its excellent status. It is part of the group of eleven universities that will receive a total of 148 million euros in annual funding from the German federal and state governments in the coming years. The HIH congratulates: “We are extremely pleased about the success of the University of Tübingen. It proves that cutting-edge research and teaching is carried out here,” says Prof. Dr. Thomas Gasser, chairman of the HIH board of directors. “Being part of the university, we are grateful to have been able to contribute a part to this success.”
