Anna Hofmann from the Department of Cellular Neurology, together with colleagues from Aachen, has received the Research Award 2021 of the German Brain Foundation. With their project, the researchers want to establish a biomarker for the post-COVID-19 syndrome. This would allow to better detect late effects of Covid-19.
The award ceremony took place virtually at the congress of the German Society of Neurology (DGN) on November 03, 2021.
